AUM Pack would accept the returns on stock products hassle free provided the customer would inform AUM Pack about returning the goods. Please notify us about the returns within 7 days of the receipt of the order and the goods should be returned to our AUM Pack address within 14 days from the date of the invoice. The returns should be in its original condition and unused (in case of any use the relevant deductions will be made according to the usage).
If you wish to return the product if it’s not right for your requirement we will refund the amount as per the invoice by deducting the shipping cost if applicable.
We ensure to deliver all orders successfully, however if any wrong product is delivered then we will dispatch the right product as soon as we have been informed about the error. Please return the wrong items to our address and shipping charge will be refunded.
